Through my years of involvement in the public sphere, I have been inspired by the individual and communal development of people I have worked with through empowerment and access to opportunities that they were typically excluded from. Their potential was only fulfilled through courageous, innovative leadership. These are the qualities I promote at the Responsible Leadership Academy.
I deliver training and build organizational capacity on issues of strategic management, diversity and inclusion, workplace sensitivity and non-discrimination, including international and national legal frameworks. I graduated from Cambridge and Oxford. I also have a diploma from the New School for Social Research in New York. Throughout the 25 years of my career, I have worked on issues of social justice, equity and non-discrimination, with posts in academia, civil society, national NGOs and an intergovernmental organization.
