I have worked in management and leadership for nearly 25 years. Wherever I worked, I met brilliant, skilled and committed people. But the system in which they worked was unable to build on this incredible human potential. It is high time to change this, with courageous, visionary leadership able to take responsibility for decisions and actions that truly benefit the people and the world’s future.
I advise the Responsible Leadership Academy on leadership, strategic management and organizational development. I studied psychology and completed the Stanford Leadership Academy for Development. I am an experienced trainer with the Institute for Leadership and Management certification. In 2019, I was humbled and honoured with the Ambassador for Liberty and Peace International Award of Excellence, in recognition of ‘leadership and dedication for peace and freedom for all’.
