Educated in social sciences, with a focus on psychology (University of Gdansk, Poland; George Washington University, Washington DC, USA). Graduate of Stanford University’s Leadership Academy for Development and the United States Institute of Peace. Experienced trainer with an Institute for Leadership & Management certification.
Expertise in diplomacy; ethical & values-based leadership; leadership development; organizational change; teamwork dynamics; scenario planning and values-based communication. Member of the Forbes Coaches Council. Published on effective human rights communication and responsible leadership in inter-governmental organizations.
Supported leadership change in the OSCE, Save the Children and other organizations, and in national and local government structures in Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia. Supported communities and groups divided by conflict and socio-economic status in building bridges and sustaining common ground. 2019 recipient of the Ambassador for Liberty and Peace International Award of Excellence.
LARRY OLOMOFE, CO-FOUNDER, CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Educated in social and political sciences at Oxford and Cambridge, the UK, and in New School University of New York City, USA. In his studies, Larry focused on culture as an alternative sphere of political and social participation for marginalised black and people of colour communities in the UK and across the African diaspora. He also looked at “cosmodernity”: counter-cultural phenomena as a critique of contemporary norms and practices.
Expertise in international and domestic human rights law; strategic litigation; diversity, equity and inclusion; social and cultural development; political participation; grassroots advocacy and activism.
Supported leadership change in the OSCE, the European Roma Rights Centre, the Open Society Foundation, Roma Education Fund, Swedish Anti-Discrimination Ombuds Institute and other governmental, non-profit and commercial entities. Built capacity of policy makers, public administrators, justice system and law enforcement officials, civil society and National Human Rights Institutions in 42 countries. MARTA STACEWICZ-PAIXÃO, CO-FOUNDER, VICE-CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Educated in communication design and strategic communication in Nova University and Lusofona University in Lisbon. Former member of the diplomatic corps of Poland.
Expertise in sensemaking & strategic communication. She applies tools of design attitude, such as strategic questioning, listening and sensemaking, helping organisations solve structural problems in creative ways. She assists leaders in co-creating pathways to impact based on growth, change & what they do best.
Supported leadership change in Roche, Janssen, Berlin Chemie Menarini, VolksWagenBank and other organisations. She helped organizations going through change and crisis with mastermind programs for distributed leadership and designed and coordinated communication mapping for project teams. Her work fosters sensemaking-based transformation towards strategic communication and engaged organizations and communities.
